At Carolina Medical Consultants, our internists are physicians with special training in the care of adolescents, adult and geriatric patients and women’s health services. All of our physicians are Board Certified in Internal Medicine. We treat conditions such as diabetes, obesity, depression, hypothyroidism, high cholesterol, arthritis, digestive disorders, menopause, asthma, osteoporosis, heart disease and hypertension.  We also provide cancer screenings, gynecological care, help with tobacco cessation, flu and pneumonia vaccines, dietary counseling, routine health maintenance exams, and physical exams.

We feel it is important to develop a good patient-physician relationship.  To establish familiarity between you and your doctor, your first visit at our office will usually be a complete physical. Every attempt will be made to schedule follow up and sick appointments with your regular physician. There may be times, however, when an emergent visit may need to be with another physician in our practice.  We provide 24 hour patient coverage.
