We accept Medicare and participate with most major insurance companies.  Please present your insurance card at each visit to keep information current. If we do not have your current insurance information, you will be responsible for the bill. We ask that deductibles and/or copayments be paid at time of service. A fee will be applied if the co-payment is not paid at time of service.  If we are not contracted with your insurance company, we can file insurance after patient payment is made.  If needed, a payment plan can be arranged.  Our billing department is available to discuss any questions concerning fees, insurance and billing.  MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted for your convenience.
